- Hotel Guest can reserve up to 90 days in advance
- All advance reservations need to be made through www.barcelobavarogolf.net  

 

Cancelations
You may cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance without penalty, failing to meet this time frame will incur in a penalty equal to the amount of the reservation that will be charged to your credit card or your room.
Please make sure to ask for your cancelation number in order to file a claim.

 

No Show's
Not Showing up for your reservation will incur in a penalty equal to the amount of the reservation that will be charged to your credit card or your room

 

Rain Checks
Rain check may be awarded by the golf course in case of inclement weather.
The golf Course close at 6:00 PM if you don't finish your round, no rain check will be awarded.

 

Refunds
There are NO refunds, round certificates may be awarded at club discretion.

 

 

Non Guest

 

-Visitor can reserve up to 30 days in advance
- All advance reservations need to be made through www.barcelobavarogolf.net

You may cancel your reservation 48 hours in advance without penalty, failing to meet this time frame will incur in a penalty equal to the amount of the reservation that will be charged to your credit card.
Please make sure to ask for your cancelation number in order to file a claim.
